The Old Gaol
We’ve converted HMP Kingston in Portsmouth into 64 luxury apartments, now known as 'The Old Portsmouth Gaol,' The Grade II-listed building, once a 19th-century lifers' prison, combines original features with modern living spaces.
Commercial Client
We worked on a new build project for a client to create modern apartments. The development was designed to meet the client's specifications, blending functionality with contemporary living spaces.

We developed the plans for a private client on the development of their family home, where they knocked down the existing property to rebuild. The project is focused on creating a bespoke, functional space tailored to their specific needs and lifestyle.
Fort Gilkicker
We are currently supporting this project, working alongside Gilkicker Builders and Deniz Beck Partners to ensure a sensitive and innovative transformation of Fort Gilkicker. The 19th-century fort, a Grade II* listed building and scheduled ancient monument, is being converted into 26 luxury homes while preserving its historical significance.
Private Client
For a private client, we’re bringing their dream home to life with a complete redesign of their existing property. The project focuses on enhancing the space to create a tailored, modern home that suits their needs and vision.

We are currently working with developers to create a new block of apartments from the ground up, providing ongoing surveying support throughout the project. Our involvement includes site assessments, structural evaluations, and ensuring compliance with planning regulations to deliver a high-quality, efficient development.
